Stitch Wicked Shop is a small home based business and therefore we do not hold stock of our items. all items are made to order. if you would like to cancel your order you must do so within 24 hours of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Stitch Wicked Shop is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Stitch Wicked Shop, It's owner, and any affiliated people assumes customers have the rights to use the images that are sent. We do not reproduce logos and images that you do not have the rights to use. Please contact us if you have any questions about your image.

If you send us an image to be recreated that is already trademarked or copyrighted and not your own original artwork, your order will be cancelled and refunded without discussion.

Estimated processing times contained on the listing are approximate estimations and do not include shipping times. These estimated times may vary depending on:

-  Time it takes to digitize design including any changes or corrections.

- Ability to contact buyer or seller in a timely manner. Although we try our best to answer each and every email and direct message, we also have obligations at home. Please message us whenever you feel the need, however please understand that we are probably in different times-zones, I may be busy working on orders, or unavailable for contact for short periods while life happens.

- We do our best to maintain our machinery which is cleaned every week, but they do occasionally need repairs or service that is out of our control. It is unlikely that our main machine and our backup machine will both be inoperable at the same time. If this occurs we are sorry but it is not something we can control.

- We occasionally use a third party digitizing company when we require assistance with designs. This is a reputable company with proven results. The process to create or make changes requires email communication and this may result in small delays of design being created.

You can never be 100 % sure how long it will take from beginning the digitizing to the end product. We work as quickly as possible to provide you with the best product we can.

Stitch Wicked Shop reserves the right to use images from customer's orders that are not of a personal nature in advertising on social media and related listings.
