Terms of service
Stitch Wicked Shop is a small home based business and therefore we do not hold stock of our items. all items are made to order. if you would like to cancel your order you must do so within 24 hours of purchase.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Stitch Wicked Shop is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Made to order items: This includes the items in the shop that are not personalized or customized in any way. Refunds are considered on an individual basis. we do not provide refunds for late or delayed delivery. If you would like to return your made to order item for the item cost at the time of purchase, it must be returned in the original condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Personalized or custom items: we do not provide refunds due to the personalized nature of the items. However, we always want our valued customers to be happy and we will always work with them to find a solution to any problems that may happen.
Due to the nature of digital downloads we do not provide refunds on these items. We have over 15 years of experience in the embroidery industry and would be happy to help you solve any problems you may have with our designs.
Please remember that tracking is available for your protection and ours when choosing your shipping option.
StitchWickedShop, It's owner, and any affiliated people assumes customers have the rights to use the images that are sent.
Estimated processing times contained on the listing are approximate estimations and do not include shipping times. These estimated times may vary depending on:
- time it takes to digitize design including any changes or corrections.
- Ability to contact buyer or seller in a timely manner. Although I try my best to answer each and every email and direct message, I also have obligations at home. Please message me whenever you feel the need, however please understand that we are probably in different times-zones, I may be busy working on orders, or unavailable for contact for short periods while life happens.
- We do our best to maintain our machinery which is cleaned every week, but they do occasionally need repairs or service that is out of our control. It is unlikely that our main machine and our backup machine will both be inoperable at the same time. If this occurs we are sorry but it is not something we can control.
- We occasionally use a third party digitizing company when we require assistance with designs. This is a reputable company with proven results. The process to create or make changes requires email communication and this may result in small delays of design being created.
You can never be 100 % sure how long it will take from beginning the digitizing to the end product. We work as quickly as possible to provide you with the best product we can.
This shop's preference for selected shipping is Tracked Package or Expedited Mail as it provides tracking information for everyone's protection. All shipping options are included for the buyers convenience. Please be advised if you choose an option other than Tracked Package or Expedited Mail you will not be provided with tracking information for your delivery. StitchWickedShop or its owner does not accept responsibility for undelivered or late packages that have not selected Tracked Package or Expedited Mail because there is no way to track them. Refunds will not be considered on packages that do not include tracking information.
We work hard to meet our shipping dates, however, we are unable to control the postal system. we do not provide refunds because your product arrived late due to postal delays.
StitchWickedShop reserves the right to use images from customer's orders that are not of a personal nature in advertising on social media and related listings.
