Stitch Wicked Shop's preference for selected shipping is Tracked Package or Expedited Mail as it provides tracking information for everyone's protection. All shipping options are included for the buyers convenience. Please be advised if you choose an option other than Tracked Package or Expedited Mail you will not be provided with tracking information for your delivery. Stitch Wicked Shop or its owner does not accept responsibility for undelivered or late packages that have not selected Tracked Package or Expedited Mail because there is no way to track them.

We work hard to meet our shipping dates, however, we are unable to control the postal system. we do not provide refunds because your product arrived late due to postal delays.
