Refund policy
Stitch Wicked Shop is a small home based business and therefore we do not hold stock of our items. all items are made to order. if you would like to cancel your order you must do so within 24 hours of purchase.
Made to order items: This includes the items in the shop that are not personalized or customized in any way. Refunds are considered on an individual basis. we do not provide refunds for late or delayed delivery. If you would like to return your made to order item for the item cost at the time of purchase, it must be returned in the original condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Personalized or custom items: We do not provide refunds due to the personalized nature of the items. However, we always want our valued customers to be happy and we will always work with them to find a solution to any problems that may happen. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.
Due to the nature of digital downloads we do not provide refunds on these items. We have over 15 years of experience in the embroidery industry and would be happy to help you solve any problems you may have with our designs.
